Join the Nation…thank a Vietnam Veteran!

​Join us in commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War from Memorial Day 2012 through Veterans Day 2025.  The United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration Partners Program was formed to assist a grateful nation in thanking and honoring our Vietnam Veterans and their families where they live and work.  The Commemoration Program has created a memento (lapel pin) of the Nation’s thanks which can be presented to Vietnam Veterans who were active duty military November 1, 1955 – May 15, 1975, regardless of location.  A separate memento (lapel pin) is available to present to a Surviving Spouse of a Vietnam Veteran who died while on active duty military November 1, 1955 – May 15, 1975.

Every second Tuesday at Sunland Memorial Park, In Sun CIty, Arizona at 9am free coffee and donuts are served to any Veteran who attends.  On October 11th they were treated with breakfast along with the coffee and donuts.  Honorary Chapter Regent, Shirley Staggs, Chapter Daughter, Debbie Schneider and Parliamentarian, Kathie Mittelsteadt presented six 50th Commemorative Vietnam Era Veteran pins to Veterans who served between November 1, 1955 and May 15, 1975 anywhere in the world.
