Awards and Recognitions

Glydie Nelson, honored for her service during the Vietnam War era with a 50th Anniversary Commemoration lapel pin.

In addition to her service during Vietnam, Glydie Nelson, held many Chapter Officer positions, including Regent, Vice Regent, Secretary, Registrar and Historian, and is a volunteer genealogist.

Sun City Agua Fria NSDAR Chapter is very proud to announce the winning of the Print Coverage award for the Southwest Division and again won the National DAR award for Print Coverage
